First impression? Good. Approachable and friendly.
Professional:? Yes. Problem not apparent. Did a diagnostic and told me the cost.
Hard worker? Yes. Been working a couple of hours. Things are not looking good at one point. The diagnostic is telling us there might be much more to do. Parts to order. Maybe next week. $$$.
Under pressure? Back to the truck again. Let’s try something else. Looks like it worked. Pump working again.
Follow up? Replies to all my queries through Gmail. Thought there were more problems. But no. Just a leaky sprinkler head.

Sunrise Irrigation sent Mr. Brendan Miniter to my house to trouble shoot problems with my irrigation system control box that I knew were likely to occur eventually given the basic technology and the approximate 19-year age of the box. Brendan was dispatched to my house within 24 hours of my call to the company office. He arrived on schedule. He analyzed and restored full function of the control box, tested the irrigation system in all zones on my property, and then discussed maintenance and upgrade options with me. Upgrade options ranged from simple and relatively inexpensive to highly sophisticated and more expensive. I preferred a simple upgrade at lower costs. Brendan met my request with quick, proficient, and highly professional service. By the end he provided excellent irrigation inspection, maintenance and upgrade services. Brendan delivers the top-notched service and expertise I expect whenever I call Sunrise Irrigation for assistance.
