Chris Ross came today to service my zone not working and a cracked pipe by the shutoff valve. Super nice guy. He verified the issue, fixed and resolved the problems. Instead of leaving immediately he waited for a few to ensure no issues while it was running. Unfortunately a huge water bubble towards the front happened. He went dug up the area and found a busted pipe. Fixed that as well. I never felt pressured into any of the service. Gave me options as well. The price is what the price is when you have a professional service come. I would never have just a random handyman come to do work like this just because it’s “cheaper” But what makes it worth it will always be service for me and Chris was worth it. Down to earth and humble. He spoke very well about his company and to me that speaks wonders. An employee that does that enjoys his job and who he works for. With that being said I hope I would never need irrigation service again BUT if I do I will call Sunrise and ask for Chris. Thanks buddy.
