Once again Sunrise Irrigation provided exemplary service. Daniel came out to do my follow up inspection, did a minor adjustment and answered all my questions. Whenever I call, the Sunrise personnel have been so responsive. Great to work with.
Tyler was efficient and professional. Found the problem at that time. Sprinkler head needed to be changed out. We needed someone else to come fix another problem. This time Zachary came out. I don’t normally do reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to Greg Dassell, who was the technician who came out to troubleshoot some issues with our sprinkler system, and the Sunrise team, including Kate. We had an emergency leak issue and they were able to send Greg out within an hour or two of me calling. He went above and beyond to help me locate and fix the issue, walk through the system, and he left us with a full write up of recommendations based on what we discussed. I didn’t feel pressured, it was just helpful recommendations.
