Another Great Experience with Suncoast Irrigation
I recently signed up for Suncoast Irrigation’s biannual maintenance plan to give me some peace of mind and make sure our irrigation system continues working the way it should.
Dawson came out for the service and was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to educate me on our current sprinkler setup, explain why we’re experiencing some dead spots in the lawn, and walk me through what can be done to help correct the problem. He provided a detailed explanation of his recommendations and the actions I can take moving forward.
One recommendation was upgrading some of the sprinkler heads. While I understand the reasoning and can see how it could improve coverage, from a financial standpoint I’m not quite ready to replace heads that were installed only about eight months ago, especially since it’s something I could potentially do myself. More importantly, there was absolutely no pressure from Dawson to make the upgrades. He simply explained the options and allowed me to make the decision.
I definitely heard his recommendations, though. If the dead spots don’t improve by next spring and summer, upgrading some of the heads may be something I revisit during the first quarter of next year.
Overall, I’m very pleased that I signed up for the biannual maintenance plan. If you’re looking for peace of mind knowing that your irrigation system is being routinely checked and operating as intended, I highly recommend Suncoast Irrigation. Great communication, an excellent appointment management system, quick follow-through, and professional service from start to finish.

Originally, I contacted Sunrise regarding a drainage issue in our backyard. Nate arrived on time, took the time to walk the property, assess the grading and slope conditions, and thoroughly explain the options available to address the problem. He didn't rush through the visit or jump straight into a sales pitch. Instead, he focused on understanding the situation and educating me on the pros and cons of the various solutions.
What impressed me even more was his willingness to discuss a completely separate irrigation and well issue we've been dealing with. After investing significant money into our irrigation system over the past several months, I was looking for an independent opinion. Nate listened carefully to our concerns, inspected the system, and provided thoughtful feedback without immediately recommending expensive repairs or replacements.
